Join Us for the Keller Kountry Rally!

All Proceeds benefit the Keller Public Library. Rider may choose from routes of 100K (62 miles), 50, 40, 34, 18 and 10 miles throught the rural countryside of Northeast Tarrant County.

       6:00 PM         Keller Public Library, 640 Johnson Road



       6:00 PM -       Pre-Rally Carbohydrate Loading Dinner

       8:00 PM         $6 adult, $ Children.  Registration at the Dinner.





Aug 2  6:30 AM         Registration and pack pickup at the Keller High

                       School



       8:00 AM         Staggered starts in order.

Route

All courses run through open, rural roads with well marked and staffed cut-offs, turns, and intersections.

The 10 and 18 mile routes are basically flat with a few rolling hills.

The 34, 40, 50, and 100 K routes include a climb up Blue Mound Hill, one of the highest points in Tarrant County.

The 100 K and 50 mile riders will have a picturesque ride along the eastern boundary of Eagle Mountain lake

Rest Stops

Rest stops with friendly volunteers, fresh fruit, water, sports drink and sanitary facilites will be located aproximately every 10 miles.

Safety

All riders are required to wear helmets and follow all state and local laws

Although water and sports drinks will be available at each rest stop, ti is a good idea to carry two full water bottles with you and drink frequently as protection against the August heat.

If you have a medical condition, please write any instructions about your condition on the back of your rider number and alert someone at registration

Make sure your bike is in good working order before the ride. SAG support will be provided.

Hotel

The Marriot Solana is offering a $59/room for August 1 & 2. Reservations must be received by July 20. Call 817-430-3848 for reservations and information.

Additional Information

The rally will be held RAIN or SHINE. No Refunds.

Registration Form

This is a copy of the registration form from the flier. You can print it off and mail it in.

You must include a check cause we are not doing online registrations. If you really really want them, send me a special plea as well as a machine readable html form and cgi script. Credit cards are another matter.
