Community Carbo Dinner
The Community Carbo Dinner is held the night before the Keller Kountry Rally, locally called the "Bike Rally". We have been doing the dinner for five years now. A few months before, I have the volunteers (about twenty couples) and the "Core Commitee" from the Bike Rally over to my house and serve six trial dishes. Everyone gets a little ranking sheet and I collect the tally. I tell them all, that it is not a vote but Market Research, which allows me to make arbitrary decisions. This year the choices were

- Lemon Meatballs
- Carbonara
- Pepper Two Me
